Ancient Seven steps (60 mnts)
A whole body massage with specific “ayurvedic oils” to nourish the body tissue and expel toxins from the cells. This special massage has a much deeper and far-reaching effect than ordinary massages. It includes an herbal steam bath and is a treat for anyone who just needs to feel good – a heavenly experience.

Rejuvenating Massage (60 mnts)
A full body anti aging massage with “ayurvedic oils” where the marma points are activated by soft pressure technique, having an overall affect on the immune system of the body. It stimulates tired nerves, cleanses and revitalizes the body and includes an herbal steam bath. This is good for rejuvenating the body, reduces mental tension, sexual weakness and improves vitality etc.

Udhuvartharam (50 mnts) (Slimming Treatment)
A treatment with special “Heated herbal powder”. A treatment for slimming of the body. A special heated herbal powder is applied all over the body and massaged deeply with specific movements. This massage stimulates hair follicles and breaks down fat storage. A steam bath then refreshes the skin.

Shirodhara (50 mnts) (warm herbal oil flow on forehead)
Shirodhara consists of the continuous flow of medicated lukewarm ayurvedic oils or herbal concoction. The oil is poured, through an ingenious device, on the forehead between the eyebrows, the meeting point of the nerves of the body. This procedure often induces a mental state similar to a trance, which creates profound relaxation of the mind and body. It is usually followed by a massage.
Benefits: - It drives out years of deep-seated stress. It is deeply relaxing and revitalizes the central nervous system, reduces mental disturbances, stress, anxiety, depression, hallucination, cervical spondylosis, chronic headache, hypertension, diabetic neuropathy, and hemiplegia. It also strengthens the sensory organs, reduces insomnia, premature greying of the hair and hair loss. It has a curative effect for neurological malfunctions.
Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage (25 mnts)
A soothing massage of the head, neck and shoulder with special ayurvedic oil helps to calm the senses, while strengthening the muscles and alleviating stiffness in the shoulder.
Benefits: - Brings undisturbed sleep, cools the eyes, soothes headaches, removes dandruff, slows down premature graying and hair loss. It especially relieves tension related headaches, eyestrain and stiffness of neck.
Pizhichil:- (45 mnts)
Lukewarm medicated oil is applied on the body of the patient lying on the "Dharapathi". Oil dipped pieces of cloth are squeezed by hand and the oils are rubbed smoothly over the body of the patient by masseurs on either side. The medicated oil is pressed out of the cloth uniformly over the body at a defined height and massaged by skillful hands. Fresh medicated oil is used every day and the treatment may last fourteen or twenty-eight days.
This treatment is indicated in stiffness and pain of joints and limbs, dislocation of joints, paralytic conditions and in pregnant ladies with a history of uterine inertia in earlier deliveries. Many persons also undergo this treatment for rejuvenation and preservation of health to offset early aging. Sclerotic changes can be prevented by this treatment .
NAVARAKKIZHI:- (45 mnts)
Navarakkizhi involves massaging of the body with small linen bags filled with Navara (Shastika), after a liberal application of medicated oils. Depending on the kind of disease, this massage is preceded or followed by Pizhichil.
Navarakkizhi is also of great benefit to those with atrophy of the muscles, arthritis, weakness of the extremities, tremors and fibromyalgia. Healthy individuals will benefit from this treatment’s anti-aging effects and its ability to prevent disease.
